The Leica Rangemaster CRF R incorporates over 30 years’ experience in laser rangefinding. Flexible, handy, and with ballistics functions, it’s the perfect entry-level model for anyone who values reliable measurement in rough terrain. Hunter can choose to display the actual measured range or the equivalent horizontal range (EHR). Especially in the mountains, an exact correction is the prerequisite for an ethical shot. The CRF R outputs the precise linear range up to 1,800 meters and, for angled shots, the equivalent horizontal range (EHR) up to 1,100 meters – for more precision and safety.
Small and compact
Even when every gram counts, e.g. on hunting trips or in the mountains, the Leica Rangemaster CRF R rangefinder is the ideal companion, as it is compact and, at about 180 grams, extremely light. Stowed in a trouser or jacket pocket, it’s perfect for longer hunting days. Whenever needed, the compact Leica Rangemaster CRF R is quickly ready for use. Thanks to easy operation and the one-handed concept, aiming and measuring is a single movement. It was the year 1849 when, in Wetzlar, Germany, Carl Kellner, a young mechanic founded the “Optisches Institut” (Optical Institute), where he produced glasses and telescopes.
